Albert Koch Martin

Mr. Martin was the estate attorney appointed by my late Father in his will. My Father's estate proved to be very difficult because of several unwarranted lawsuits and an issue with the estate administrator that required litigation to have him removed. Because of all the issues, the estate has remaine...d in Probate for the past 9 years, a condition that Mr. Martin was not responsible for or one that he caused. In fact, it was with Mr. Martin's involvement and assistance that possible bankruptcy was avoided, which is what most likely would have happened if any of the lawsuits against the estate were lost. Because of Mr. Martin's exceptional experience and knowledge in the law, we were able to forge ahead unscathed through every bump. We owe a debt of gratitude to Al Martin for helping to guard the assets of the estate so my Father's wishes could be realized.
