Defense of state and nationwide class actions involving allegations of unfair competetion, unfair business practices, fraud, use of certain software programs, and institutional bad faith.

Advise and counsel insurer clients upon coverage issues primarily on property and casualty policies, as well as CGL policies. Incudes training of employees on the Fair Claims Settlement Practices, Regulations, fraudulent claims and best practices. Counsel clients regarding matters before the Department of Insurance.
