I'm a business-minded legal executive (General Counsel / Chief Legal Officer) and advisor with 20 years of experience in technology companies and startups. As an attorney and former IT professional prior to practicing law, I can foresee and manage risks involving new and innovative technologies.

I have a wealth of expertise in legal and business affairs, such as:

I've built and managed in-house legal teams and budgets at four companies covering ecommerce, financial services (fintech, payments, SaaS), digital advertising (adtech, media, data analytics, machine learning), and social media. On top of that, I have operational experience in overseeing compliance, facilities, real estate, administrative (G&A), risk management, and business operations, as well as indirect management of human resources (HR). 

On the side, I love working with startup technology companies and founders. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Cryptsonic Technologies and Advisory Board for BiBo Labs.
