This firm was by far the worse firm I have ever retained!!!! After promptly paying fee required and providing documents requested, all we got were missed appointments, no return calls or followups. They didn't even have the courtesy to give us advance notice when re-scheduling was required and we fin...ally demanded our fee back. How sad that a firm that boast to help the elderly and those in need of estate planning to treat clients in this manner. I guess we didn't have the kind of money they look for to deal with although they had no problem in demanding a retainer quickly to open the case! I had to make numerious calls to get the retainer fee back too! Deplorable conduct for legal professionals to exhibit. Find another firm to help you!!
