I greatly appreciated Monica's natural ability to explain dense and confusing legalise in plain old English. Her confidence in the subject matter assures you that you're not going miss something between the lines. Monica was always prompt in returning correspondence, and I always felt in the loop and... up-to-date. After working with Monica, I came away understanding the situation, and law, much better because she took the time to explain things to me. Furthermore, she's kind but assertive when she needs to be.
