I've had the pleasure of working with Ted as he has represented Photobucket for quite some time. It's really uncanny how he can interpret what you need without a legalize conversation and quickly turn around documents or a strategy to get what you need. Ted was amazing in negotiating contracts, partn...erships and was vital in our recent acquisition in getting it closed quickly with everyone winning on both sides of the table. Ted gets technology, startups, the internet, and more importantly knows how to go toe to toe with anyone on the other end of the negotiation table.
