Marina helped my wife and I setup an estate plan for our family. This was a very positive experience in that she took great care and time to explain the process, intricacies and any special situations that i'm sure come up for all clients. She also took extra time and patience in answering all of our... questions as we were newbies to the process. Marina really knows her stuff and is very customer oriented. When it came to execution she was great in keeping the schedule, extended covid-related courtesy (zoom meetings, socially distant in-person document signing), and ultimately helping to get everything submitted with the proper county agencies on our behalf. I was absolutely certain that I'd already written a review for Modlin Legal, but since I don't see it here I'll assume it was a figment of my imagination! Like many people, my wife and I had put this off for a very long time. Estate and Trust stuff can be scary to people (don't we already spend en...ough time contemplating our own demise??!?), but Marina made it pleasant, quick, and easy. She's very personable, super friendly, and she knows her stuff. And take it from me.. the comfort of having it finally done is really, REALLY nice. My only regret is that we didn't find her sooner because the spent anxious energy of not having it done for so long before was a big waste. If you've been procrastinating and want to work with someone who will make the process easy and smooth, you found the right place. Marina is wonderful, so give her a call.

Marina set up a trust for me, mostly to hold real estate I’d acquired as a single person.
