Your recourse is to sue the employer pursuant to the code. I think you also get attorney fees, as far as I can remember.

Generally, even if the loan is written off, or becomes uncollectible, the lien still survives. So that means you are going to have to make a deal...

It Is unlikely that you would be personally liable for your corporate debts, unless you have liabilities for withholding on payroll, or the such like.
