You can write to the United States Trustee. But first you should see a good a bankruptcy lawyer to see what your options are.

Depends whether you filed for bankruptcy jointly or not. You can still file jointly, even if you are living separately.

Your only option is to file for bankruptcy again or stick to the payment plan. It seems anything else is pretty remote.
