Robert was my attorney from 2012 through 2015. He failed to file, before the expiration of the statute of limitations, a motion to set aside an unfair judgment that was extorted from me when I was not represented. I lost over 800K due to that mistake by Robert. He made other mistakes that were cost...ly, was apathetic, refused to do anything while the OP was unrepresented, was not knowledgeable, and lacked strategic insight.

Robert is very straighforward. He will tell you honestly what to expect right upfront. He is well prepared and very proactive. I found very few surprises, as everything was explained to me from the beginning. I was a little disappointed when I used Robert for a custody case. He always seemed like he was on the defensive and surprised by different things that the opposing counsel challenged him with. Deer in the headlights look. Maybe in a few years he will have more experience under his belt and be mor...e effective.
