As a founding member of Allmark Trademark, I have focused on both determining the availability of trademarks for clients and getting those marks successfully registered at the USPTO (two thousand plus marks regsistered). We also represent clients in administrative proceedings before the TTAB as well (opposition and cancellation proceedings). In adidtion, we also assist clients with trademark infringement and domain name registration conflicts.

I have an extensive background in personal injury law and have represented a number of clients in obtaining settlements and verdicts in their personal injury claims. With my partner Thomas P. Philbrick, and in association with Russell and Lazarus in Newport Beach, CA, we provide expert counsel and litigation services to injured plaintiffs, including those with severe and debilitating injuries. .
