What I really liked about Mike was that he was able to talk to me on my level about the legal process. Being able to easily communicate with him was very helpful and comforting throughout our work together. At the beginning, I was very nervous about going to court (even for a "simple" settlemen...t) and his personable style made a big difference getting me started in the important steps I had to take. His professionalism and knowledge gave me confidence when in the courtroom, and after each step he would provide insights about the proceedings which I had not picked up. He was encouraging and offered great guidance on a range of issues. Mike always knew what to do, and yet never took action before I clearly understood and agreed on everything. I am very happy that I could work with Mike throughout the whole process, winning both my original case and a lengthy appeal by my opponents. In addition to getting what was owed to me, Mike also got back legal costs and fees from frivolous motions filed by the opposing side. Mike is a professional and he cares about his clients. He represented me as though he was representing himself.
