Represents employees in claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, including but not limited to discrimination based on disability, race, sex, gender, sexual orientation, medical condition, and age, and retaliation. Consults and represents employees on pre-separation/termination strategies and employment contracts and separation agreements.

Represents injured people and their representatives or heirs in personal injury and wrongful death claims. Consults with people who have been sued about insurance coverage issues and represents them in representation of claims for defense to insurers. Represents landlords and tenants, including evictions and defense of unlawful detainers.
