Ashwani Kumar Bhakhri

I am from Mexico. I was referred to Mr. Bhakhri by one of his former client. He highly recommended him to me. My experience with him remained excellant. I had no immigration status when I came to him. I got my green card in the mail today. How Mr. Bhakhri got it for me, I have no idea. I applied unde...r SAW program in 1986-1987. My family arrived in the United States in 1998, 13 years ago. Started off with an Immigration Consultant and 5 other Attorneys. Our case has been twice to the Ninth Circuit,Twice to the BIA Basically it was the end of the road for us, no relief was in site.Spent over twenty thousand dollars on my ...attorneys.Tried all avenues so we could continue to stay in the US. I was over the moon, i jumped,i cried, i ran, i celebrated, our first time to celebrate in 13 years with a positive result, thanks to Mr Bhakhri. Now our case is before the Immigration Judge and I know that we will pull it through. What a lawyer Mr. Bhakhri is! Excellant...excellant..excellant....excellant. I had final order of removal. I had couple of lawyers before I contacted Mr. Bhakhri. He filed a motion to reopen which the Board of immigration Appeals granted. Other attorneys told me that I have to depart the United Sta...tes. Now my case is before the Immigration Judge. Mr. Bhakhri is smart and extremely knowledgeable about immigration matters. I highly recommend Mr. Bhakhri to those who have complicated immigration matters.
