Ashwani Kumar Bhakhri

i had three lawyers before retaining my present lawyer, Mr. Bhakhri. I was detained by ICE because I had final order of deportation. My asylum case failed. All the appeals failed. I was put in jail. I was to be deported in few days when my wife sought assitance from Mr. Bhakhri. He was able to facili...ate my release from ICE custody. Then he pursued U-visa application on my behalf. It was extremely difficult, but Mr. Bhakhri was able to win my case. Today, I got work permit for 4 years, I will be able to get my greeen card soon. I am happy that I am with my family. I came to the United States 1998. I applied for asylum in the United States. I retained the Law Offices Mr. Sekhon. The Immigration Judge denied my application for asylum. The Board of Immigration denied my application for asylum. Then I went to 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. The 9th Circuit Couert of... Appeals also denied my appeal. I am now hopeful to remain in the United States with my elderly mother. I admire Mr. Bhakhri's skill, knowledge and professionalism. He is not one of the best; rather he is the best.
