Ashwani and Suman are both great at immigration cases. My husband got his green card through u visa. Suman was always very helpful walked us through all the steps from the very beginning to the end; from applying for u visa to applying for adjustment of status for his green card. I know Ashwani bhakhri through one of my friend who helped him with his immigration case and i met him for few occasions when i recommended and took 3 diffrent friends of mine to him, i saw that he is Nice, Honest, straightforward and very helpful person. Had gone to Ashwani's office to get my fam...ily's green card paperwork done and Aswani was not in the office and met his office staff Suman singh at that time and told her that i had come to do my paperwork ,And that time she offered me to get my work done outside office with her at a cheaper rate. To save some money i did the paper with her outside the office and because of her mistake my whole paperwork got denied I lost my money, time and now i have to do the whole paper work again and spend more money. Not only this i thought she was charging me less but i realised that she charged me a huge amount Suman had also asked me to let my friends know if they want any of their paperwork done like green card, citizenship, EAD etc.. and contact her personally outside and she will get done for cheap. I learnt a lesson BEWARE of such people

I am in USA since 1994. I married someone in 1997 for GC only, I was issued GC and had it for 4yrs but during my final interview the immigration officer figured out that this is a fake marriage. I immediately got detained by ICE. I hired Martin Gujardo which was a huge mistake. Not only he charged me... lots of money but got my case denied. I was placed in removal proceedings. He immediately applied for asylum. my case went to BIA then to 9th circuit twice. While I was waiting for the decision from 9th circuit, Gujardo got into trouble & lost his license due to malpractice. I then hired Ricci & Sprouls. They charged me good amount of money & did nothing on case which only resulted in getting final deportation order in Dec 2015 for me. I consulted 5 different attorney's & none of them wants to take my case. They all told me that I have reached the end of the rope. There was no other way of me staying in US for 9th circuit court found me guilty in marriage fraud. I gave up and was about to flea to Canada. My good friend talked me into going to see Mr. Bhakhri. I spoke to Mr. Bhakhri and at 1st he also told me that I have no way of staying in USA and that he could not help me in any way. I had some documents with me including my final order of deportation awaiting for bag & baggage letter. Mr. Bhakhri asked me to leave my file with him & he will read my file to see if he could find any loop holes to keep me here in USA. Meantime I received my bag & baggage letter in which I was instructed to turn myself in on 03/14/16 to ICE office. Mr. Bhakri filed U-Visa on my behalf. I was told by Mr. Bhakhri to go to ICE office as Stated in the letter. On my birthday (3/11/16) at 8:30pm Mr. Bhakhri called me and gave me the best b/day present, telling me that he received the U-Visa Receipt which he filed on 3/1/16. He told me to stop by his office B4 I go to ICE office & I did. I went to ICE office & to my surprise I was told by ICE officer that I will not be detained or deported only coz they just received my U-Visa application notice from VSC. All these happened within 10days only because of Mr. Bhakhri's hard work. He is an excellent attorney and has excellent personality. Not to mention his office staff especially Suman L. Singh who has pleasant attitude and extremely helpful. Now the waiting period started for me, hopefully I will be receiving my approval soon.
