The sweet lady who manages the entire office had made an appt with me to come see him, I called few minutes before they closed and she was super sweet, informative, and helpful (didn't seemed rushed) rather being amazingly patiently with me to answer all my questions and make my appointment for me to go see them. When I went in the office was super clean, the customer service was so sweet, I was greeted promptly despite of how busy they were! Sumann offered me water or tea and I had some tea, she even told me how she makes her own tea at home because I asked her what was that amazing smell in the office. After waiting 15 minutes, I saw the attorney and we went over everything from start to finish. He did not harass me about any money like other attorneys have back home, he was patient with me, and even offered alternative services. I am so happy with this office as they really know what they are doing. It is really hard these days to find people to trust, but I heart warmly trust all the individuals working here, was so happy with my experience, and guess what?! They won my case!
