Charles R. Levatino

Mr. Levatino did a great job representing me. He went beyond what I hoped for. Money well spent. I don't quite believe the other reviews as I found him to be the best attorney I have had. I previously fired John Hollenback ( dump truck) as he was horrible. Colaw was another dump truck worthless lawy...er. My divorce was extensive and the two previous lawyers were sucking cash like vacuums. Mr. Levatino got the job done and with fantastic results. Believe me he is aggressive and a no nonsense kind of lawyer. 10 stars for Levatino

I had already went and got a court date for vistation, served the other parent, filed court papers. I hired charles levatino after i found out my childs mom had hired one. I was charged $2500. He showed up to court one time. After that i had alot of difficulty getting ahold of him. They rarely answer...ed the phone and sometimes didnt even get back to me when i left a message. I dropped off child support papers for them to respond (i had lost my job and my earnings were cut in half from unemployment). They had 30 days to respond. I called multiple times they never responded so an order for child support was granted with income i had when i was working. If i hadnt already paid the attorney the money id go somewhere else. Before he was paid hes real concerned. After they get the money, you cannot get ahold of him. I would not recommend him to use.

Unprofessional, demeaning, uncaring. Unwilling to listen to facts, didn't respond to requests regarding settlement. Gave the opposing party everything they asked for without regard for my wishes. Did not keep me informed. Do not hire this man. His staff is rude. I was left to fend for myself wh...ile he was getting paid to represent me. I feel that he was working for the other party instead of representing me. He doesn't return phone calls, blows off meetings.... I am in worse financial shape now than before I hired him. I could have done better representing myself. I only wish that I had read the online reviews before I hired him. I could have saved thousand$$$$$$!!!!!

Charles did a horrible job with my divorce. He never included me in the decision making of my case or let me even see the final declaration. He settled with my ex's attorney behind closed doors giving them more than they even asked for and then lied to me about it. I paid him $4500 and all he does i...s hang up on me when I call. Don't hire him, he's a waste of money.

Charles Levatino is one of the best lawyers I have seen in action. I watched him in court before I hired him. the thing I noticed most is, he fights for his clients as if it were himself on the line. I had never seen anything like it. So I went in for my free consult and talked about what he could do... for me. I was impressed. I am now happily divorced got what I wanted out of the deal, my son lives with me and we could not be happier with the outcome! this man is worth every penny.
