Michael Ross Lykken

I have a small, full-service firm in Carmel, California with my partner, Ana Soares, who is also a Certified Public Accountant and attorney.  We advise and counsel clients on all transactions and disputes in business, real estate, tax, estate and trust administration/probate matters.  We pride ourselves on the service we provide to clients, and are very accessible via email, telephone and cell/text message.  Because of Ana's tax background, we are able to provide clients with a better understanding of their matters so that we can work with them to make the best decisions possible in their matters.

We have also built a strong practice of helping clients with licensing and other matters before California Administrative bodies, including the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Board of Equalization, the Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) and Bureau of Real Estate.  Additionally, Ana represents and advises clients before the Franchise Tax Board and the Internal Revenue Service.
