Thomas S. Worthington has represented criminal defendants in state and federal court since 1970. In his long and distinguished career, Mr. Worthington had handled a wide array of complex misdemeanor and felony cases in both state and federal court. He has been the attorney of record in many of the most controversial and difficult cases that have occurred in California over the past four decades. His skill in criminal law is so highly regarded that he has been certified as a criminal law specialist by the State Bar of California’s Board of Legal Specialization. He has also been elected by his peers as one of “The Best Lawyers in America” in non-white collar criminal defense and white collar criminal defense since 1987. Additionally, he holds the preeminent AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest ranking an attorney can receive from this organization.
