Client's needs always came first....

Throughout aggressive business negotiations Bob was always honest and upfront with us. There was never any question that he had our needs and requirements in mind while dealing with opposing council. He was firmly in control of the negotiating process and because of this, we were able to settle our d...ispute without the need of litigation. We will continue to rely on Bob's expertise in civil matters whenever they might arise. There is no doubt that he has earned a 5 star rating.

A true professional

Mr Rosenthal represented me in a litigation against California state teachers retirement system. There happened to be 15 of us involved in the case it took five years to finally come to an end where the 11 teachers won. Mr Rosenthal went up against the state system that had many more resources and ...obviously financially much much more money available to them. Mr Rosenthal believed in us and our feelings that we were wrongly being punished for something completely out of our hands. Using all his skills and believing a wrong had been done to hard working people he plowed his way through five years until the wrong was corrected. All of us firmly believe that there is no other lawyer who would of taken this case and stuck with it for five years. I would recommend him to anyone for any type of case they may have you will not find a better attorney anywhere and one who give you 150 percent of himself and is truly the PROFESSIONALS PROFESSIONAL. I recommend him with my strongest recommendation you will be more than satisfied if you retain him for whatever hardship you may be going through.

Very knowledgeable with creative approaches to issues

Bob has been a very effective lawyer in handling a number of unexpected challenges encountered during our case. We have had other lawyers assigned by the insurance company but Bob has proven to be far more valuable in planning, driving and executing the case strategy. Although quite busy with sign...ificantly higher profile cases he has managed to focus well on our needs when his unique talents were required.
