I've been a trial attorney for nearly 20 years, and have defended every type of criminal case.   I have the experience, and the experts to assist you in the best way possible.  Not only do I have the experts, but I have actually studied DNA, forensics, and Intellectual Disability along with preparing the case.  I do not depend only on my experts but take responsibility for learning the subject matter.  The investigators I work with are top notch, and have worked with this office for a long time.

I am Death Penalty Qualified by the Court.  That means I am ready and qualified to defend the toughest case criminal defense has to offer.  Not many attorneys can claim that a judge ruled them competent to lead a death penalty case.  I've also argued in front of the California Supreme Court, early in my career in a matter associated with the OJ Simpson Case.
