We sued to compel ex-husband's cooperation.

Medical corporation A terminated an employee because it was dissatisfied with the employee's performance. Employee claimed that a letter that Medical Corporation A had given to him was an employment co ... ntract and that his termination breached that contract. Employee sued in Federal Court for $350,000.00 representing salary that he claimed was due for the life of the contract. I represented Medical Corporation A.
