Dave Gilmore did not perform as I had expected. My feeling is that if I had used the money I gave Gilmore Vine, Wood, etc as fodder for a wishing well, I might have fared better than hiring Dave Gilmore. In retrospect, I suppose I should have hounded him at every corner and asked for updates and new ...strategies. Unfortunately, I made the incorrect assumption that I might be able to trust a lawyer to move my case forward without me poking and prodding to ensure that progress. In my opinion, and this is not my first or last attorney, I overpaid and Gilmore under-delivered. I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism exhibited by his staff, the blatant disregard for communication, and in the end, all of the shenanigans were for naught since a mistake was made by the attorney and the defendant has the case reversed because of it. Yes, that is right...back to square one. But at least this time I have a good lawyer instead of David Gilmore Vinnard and Wood!
