Biography
Also known as Sherril Nell Wells since 2007. After completing an intital stint as a judicial attorney in Los Angeles in 1989 and 1990, I practiced insurance coverage law at the trial and appellate level representing insurers for 2 years. I then represented insureds (indiviiduals and businesses) in coverage and bad faith disputes for the next 15 years, and started a class action practice in 1996. In 2007 I reitred from the private practice of law and moved back into public service, as a judicial attorney for the Fresno Superior Court. I handle all types of cases, with an emphasis on class litigation, insurance disputes, and petitions seeking approval of transfers of structured settlement payments.
