Marc days did an incredible job! Walking into a world of horrible trouble when my husband was arrested I didn’t know what to do. Marc Days is hands down the best lawyer here in the Fresno Area. He helped me out tremendously to fight a Federal Case I was indicted in. He knows the IN’s and OUT’s of the Federal System. If you are innocent, don't go to this person. I lingered in jail while snitches, guards and Days told me not to talk. I wanted to go to trial, and Days said he would. "I don't want ANYONE who's innocent to take a plea..." However, though the case was flawed--and verified same by my state attorney--Da...ys got angry when I changed my mind about the plea deal. Government lowered my "restitution" to make me take plea. Days got mad because he had a "no prison time" deal in place. I trusted nobody, and couldn't get anything--including ALL EVIDENCE against me--from Days. I asked for business card constantly; he wouldn'/couldn't find one. Calling was unacceptable; he'd tell his office to say he wasn't in.
