Suffice it to say, I pray I never need the legal services of Mr. Days ever again. But having needed an attorney, at one of the most difficult times in my life, I can be honest, God could not have sent me (or allowed me find) anyone better. Having had substantially insufficient representation, from... a different attorney, at the beginning of my case and for over a year into it, I knew I needed a change. My prior attorney simply wanted me to plead guilty, as there was “No way…” I was ever going to get a fair trial, a better deal, an acquittal, etc…etc. That prior attorney would slam his fists into the table at our meetings and, literally, yell at me that he was doing everything he could, when I knew full well that he wasn’t.
