When I contacted this lawyer I knew the case I had was going to be difficult to handle. This lawyer after meeting with me and discussing the factors of the case; told me I had a case, discussed the particulars of how he was going to proceed and informed me that he was going to take my case. I was the...n instructed by this lawyer to bring in copies of all of my CONFIDENTIAL WORK PRODUCT/MATERIAL. After getting my confidential materials, he kept them for two weeks. Only after I made a call to him inquiring about when would we be signing a agreement did this lawyer state to me" your case would be like World Three", I can't do it, but will talk with other attorney's maybe taking on your case". If he ever talked to another attorney about my case, I don't know. He never returned my call. But instead of returning my Confidential Documents to me, he sent them via mail, with a letter telling me he would not be taking the case, but dated the letter as of the first date we spoke. Meaning according to his letter he had made the decision not to represent me prior to asking for and keeping my confidential documents for over 10 days. I do not know why this lawyer did this. But based on the exhibited behavior of this lawyer, and I only speak my opinion : 1. I know this lawyer is smart and capable 2. He is not up to a fight if its to big
