Kathy Ann Bird

Kathy came into our lives when we least expected. Just when we lost our first lawyer to an illness, we were introduced to Mrs. Bird. She got down to business right away and never looked back. For me, someone who had never had any legal trouble before, I had a million and one questions throughout the ...whole process and yet Kathy never left me in the dark. She always had an explanation as to what was going on and made sure that I don’t panic because she had the situation under control. She always explained what was next and how Plan A or Plan B would go. There is something extremely reassuring about your legal representation thinking ahead of the Prosecuters office because when there’s months in between court dates the unknowingness from one date to the other can drive you crazy. She fought day in and day out to make the DA’s office understand they were going after an innocent man. We can thankfully say that the whole ordeal is now behind me, and I can start to live my life again. Thank you Kathy.
