Biography
I have been an immigration attorney for 15 years. I am one of only two Certified Legal Specialists in Immigration & Nationality Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization in Fresno County. I have 15 years of experience in immigration & nationality law. I am the president/owner of Clason Immigration Law Firm in downtown Fresno, California.
In 2013, 2014, and 2015, the American Society of Legal Advocates selected me as a Top 40 Under 40 Immigration Lawyer, and in 2014, and 2015, the National Trial Lawyers selected me as a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer. In 2015, the American Academy of Trial Attorneys selected me as a Premier 100 Trial Attorney, and in 2015, the National Advocates selected me as a Top 100 Lawyer. I have twice (in 2010 and 2014) received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services by the State Bar of California.
I have appeared on Fox News, ABC News, CBS News, and in the Fresno Bee and the Sacramento Bee. I am interviewed frequently on Univision-Fresno's Arriba Valle Central morning program.
