My friend got arrested for these charges: 23152 (A) VC, 23152 (B) VC, 664/187 (A) PC, and 245 (A) (1) PC. What does that mean?

I think Mr. Pullman's answer is the right one, because in our county when the charge says no bail, the column regarding bailout always has an "N"....
