Robert Kizzia Landen

Mr. Landen first joined the law firm of McCormick Barstow in 1990. He is a member of the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group. He has represented clients in litigation matters, including bad faith litigation cases, in both state and federal courts in California. His insurance coverage work concentrates on analysis and interpretation of various types of insurance policies with regard to coverage for both first and third-party claims. Such claims involve property damage losses, environmental losses, intellectual property suits, and financial institution and international coverage cases. Mr. Landen is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of California and all state courts in the State of Wisconsin.
