Biography
Mr. Doerr joined McCormick Barstow as an associate in 2010. Bevore moving to the central Valley, Mr. Doerr began his practice at a large international law firm where he focused on anti-trust law. Mr. Doerr now provides counseling to individuals and businesses regarding tax planning and tax controversy includeing IRS and FTB audits and appeals.
In addition to tax matters, Mr. Doerr assists new businesses with entity formation and established businesses with restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and capital needs. Mr. Doerr also negotiates and structures real estate transactions.
Mr. Doerr is admitted to practice law before all California state courts, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California and U.S. Tax Court.
