He has represented clients in major litigation matters in both federal and state trial and appellate courts. Mr. Durbin’s trials to verdict and decision include cases involving business contracts, franchise termination, real estate fraud, real estate lending, real estate development, commodities fraud, consumer fraud, unfair competition, title insurance, trust administration, and agricultural processing. He has also successfully obtained summary judgment in cases and defended those determinations on appeal.
Mr. Durbin is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts, all U.S. District Courts of California, and U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
