Eugene Action

This man was my public defender in Mariposa County. He was rude, judgmental of my lifestyle, and in short, he completely ignored the facts of my case. He brought in a outside psychiatrist to evaluate me. In turn, the "pro" he brought in, went completely out of their way to have my drivers license ...suspended, citing "mental health" reasons. In short, this man is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. Do not let his resume and education fool you: he is no good. Perhaps had he been retained in private, things would have worked out different.
