Poor Representation

I can not recommend this Lawyer for any legal matters, he mostly does Insurance defense, the problem is Insurance companies pay low wages for lawyers, thus do not expect to get a good lawyer. This lawyer was not familiar with the case, all he wanted to do was " Throw insurance money to people behi...nd a frivolous claim" he failed to have an investigator, failed to finish Depositions, failed to complete interrogators , failed to file a "Anti-Slapp Motion" failed to file a Motion for Summary Judgement" so i was very poorly represented by counsel who was apparently poorly paid, thus I get poor representation. I would NOT recommend this lawyer for anything. Currently have a State Bar complaint against this lawyer for improper legal representation.
