Keith is a great attorney

We were involved with a law suit. Sure it was hard having people come in and ripping up rugs too check for bad airborne stuff but at the end, he delivered everything he said he would, in fact I called him because I need to use him again A pissed off tenant

great representation

Highly recommend Keith in matters pertaining to real estate construction defects. He was trustworthy, knowledgeable, thurough, and tough. His experience made a world of difference in my case.

Ruse

Took 25,000 dollar "retainer" which was used up within a few weeks and more money was demanded before the trial date. For the trial, his assistant and himself could not figure out, or pretended not to be able to, properly use the overhead projector to display to the jury. Did not prepare a closing st...atement, and stuttered through it. Closing argument had NO substance, and did not get to the core issues. Allowed the other party to take a picture from OUR evidence, it was then tampered with and shown during closing argument to the jury, CLEARLY modified, but did not raise the issue. Felt like he actually HELPED the other party win. Had a team of "experts" who nit picked for hours at minor issues and failed to really nail the major problems with the construction. All the experts were his own personal choice, and each of them demanded SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS which we paid up front. Feels like he just did not want us to win this case, and was negligent with how he approached the arguments. I would be VERY careful hiring this man. He knew the other party and played a game of charades with us. For the amount of money he was paid, he should have delivered us proper legal service, and not held back on the proper legal grounds to attack the case. Bottom line, him and his team of experts made away with tens of thousands and failed to argue the case to the jury.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
