I can’t disagree with his other review more. Absolute opposite experience. He’s been nothing but honest and upfront. Strategically approached things to SAVE money. Very experienced. He’s a straight shooter no bs. He will not tell you what you what to hear, he will tell you the truth. What more could ...you want from an attorney? I’ve worked with several family attorneys, he’s been the best.

Horrible customer service. He talks to you like you're a child. He doesn't treat you with respect and doesn't follow up with you. You constantly have to call him and when you ask him about your case, he's "busy" with something else. He made me fell like I was a last priority and I didn't feel confide...nt or comfortable with my case for a second. Once he says his peace, he won't let you say yours. The only reason I put up with him was because I needed help asap and I regret going to him. He's the reason people give lawyers a bad name. I wouldn't recommend him to my worse enemy. Only come to him as a last resort.

This man takes your money and then never returns another phone call nor does he call you. You are left in the dark and doesn't do anything that he was hired for. His office in Visalia is little more than a room that he rents out. The receptionist in the lobby has no contact with him and does not work... for him, you don't find that out until you go to his office to try to talk to him. Seams very shady. No problem with meeting him the first time to give him his required retainer, then nothing.

This lawyer charged me a retainer of over $3,000. Refused to return my calls, did not show up to court causing my case to be dismissed and didn't tell me until over a month later when I was prepared for the trial date (that he told me was mutually agreed between lawyers). Then kept every penny of my ...money. I filled out all of the paperwork, filed it, and filed for a fee waiver for future filings , so the only thing he had to do was show up. Very sad!!!!
