Failed service
After approximately 1 1/2 years on our case He informed us that He could no longer handle our case. Reason given was case overload. Notification was by phone. No filing was ever made, requiring us to quickly find another lawyer. Only 3 months left of 2 year satatute-of-limitarions file the case.
