OUTCOME: The decision of the Workers' Compensation Board denying a permanency award was reversed by the Appellate Division, Third Department. Client was awarded a Schedule Loss of Use award for permanent injury involving his hamstring.

Absence of a special consideration in the Workers' Compensation Permanency Guidelines addressing a hamstring impairment did not preclude a schedule loss of use award for permanent injury.
