Robert Quinlan Bergstrom

I had recently lost my spouse and I actually went into this Attorneys office to give some flowers to his secretary. The Attorney said that he had “heard through the grapevine” that I was involved in the probate of my late spouses estate, that the Attorney I was retaining at that time was unqualified ...and that he (Attorney Bergstrom) was more qualified (“a certified probate specialist with over 40 years of experience”, he claimed). I took him on his word and hired him. He required a large retainer but seemed to not be doing any work on my complex probate litigation matter. He’s terribly unprofessional and when I took my daughter to meet him, he called her two racial slurs and then he stormed out of his own office. I asked my daughter to find out more about Attorney Bergstrom and the findings were shocking and did not inspire confidence. The bottom line is that he has zero probate litigation experience and he shouldn’t have blatantly misrepresented himself as being a certified expert.
