In 1992, he received his Juris Doctor from the Pepperdine University School of Law, and in the same year, he was admitted into the State Bar of California as well as the United States District Court for California. Among his numerous professional affiliations, Paul is a Volunteer Settlement Officer for the Antelope Valley Courthouse and an Advisory Board Member for the University of Antelope Valley.
