i would not recommend Mr. Herbert. He showed up late for court once and once did not show up at all. I hired him for help but was left in the same situation. Replied last October 22, 2014Not sure who posted this comment, since I have NEVER practiced family law or divorces. If I had failed to appear in Court, the judge would have sanctioned me; I have never been sanctioned in my 19 years as a lawyer. In family law, as I understand it, this person would have been in Court for every hearing (so there would be no unknown "findings"). Also, the judge isn't involved in divorce negotiations (so no "hard ball" by the judge).
