Overview

I am committed to helping my clients obtain justice and regain control over their lives in the wake of catastrophic injury. During my 16 years with the California Highway Patrol, I witnessed firsthand the devastation that occurs when commercial vehicles are involved in serious crashes. My experiences have taught me that there needs to be an advocate for the seriously injured -- and I am that advocate.

I stand firmly with my clients when taking on big trucking companies, governmental agencies and insurance companies. I am focused on providing the strongest and most secure representation for those involved in commercial truck collisions, wrongful death cases, and brain injury victims. My passionate and straightforward representation has resulted in verdicts and settlements in excess of $300M.
