Dan was very straightforward with me about my divorce & custody issue and told me that his goal was to get me "from Point A to Point B" with the least amount of headache for us, which would also keep my case from spiraling out of control and the cost of things from doing the same. I appreciated that ...because, from what friends have told me, many attorneys in the AV area will try to hold onto your case to squeeze every last penny they can from you and, with Dan, this is not the case at all! my divorce was simple. my ex-husband and i just wanted to get a divorce and go our separate ways. mr. hernandez and his main assistant matt filed our paperwork on time and put everything through without any hassle. when his staff needed my husbands signatures, they worked with him and were polite to...both of us. in the beginning i was afraid to hire an attorney because i heard horror stories from friends who did in the past involving paperwork and such. but my divorce process went smoothly and im glad i invested in an attorney because of all of the paperwork which was confusing (my 1st divorce). im just glad its behind me now and i have started over.
