"This lawyer is unendorsable! While acting as a Deputy District Attorney, he was caught using Government computers to view adult pornographic websites. He resigned in disgrace. See http://www.lompocrecord.com/news/local/article_542fa6bf-fe23-5d81-9f2f-d707efdc27e8.html He also pled a person to a felony DUI when they were only guilty of a misdemeanor because of his lack of legal knowledge. The person was charged with Felony DUI where there was an accident, but nobody was injured and the person had no prior convictions. Injury or priors are elements of the offense, hence there was no felony. He also pled the person guilty to felony child endangerment even though the person was entitled to have the matter handled as a misdemeanor by virtue of the Swann/Gilbert rule. But he did not know that rule, so his client paid the price of a Felony conviction that the client did not need to suffer."
