With a difficult, tricky well sharing agreement in the offing, Mr. Bowman found all the pitfalls, hammered them all out, got the deal we needed and protected us in ways I had not thought of. Also he took a vineyard lease, a 15 yr lease, and gave us way more than we ever could have wanted. Oh, and did... I mention he sold the other part of our vineyard with lots of snags and bumps in the way, and made it all seem easy. What a remarkable piece (or pieces ) of work. He is now our ONLY attorney. None of this" I'll get back to you", or flat out not answering emails or phone calls. The penultimate attorney...at least for us.
