Rhonda Jean Nielsen

I have been a client of hers for about 6 months now and have almost no contact with her, can never get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls. The 2 times I've spoken with her she knows absolutely nothing about my case and is about 2 months behind on what is happening with it. In 6 months I ...have not received an ounce of help from her and have had to do all of the work myself, so why exactly is she collecting a percentage of my settlement?

As a client of this lawyer for two years I can tell you I have had a very bad experience with her. She or her staff never return phone calls. They rarely answer the phone at all. When we contracted with her she did not want to meet us, everything was done by mail. Nobody is ever in her office to help... you. For over a year and a half, I could barely get ahold of her and was only able to speak with her assistant. Over two years, after leaving messages with her assistant to return my calls regarding concerns on my case, her assistant would assure that I would be contacted within a few days to a week yet I... never received a call. She treated my case like it wasn't WORTH her time.
