I did not feel that my best interests were served by this attorney. He seemed to favor the person I sued, and I discovered after the fact that he is very long time good friends with a relative of the person I sued, and he is actually possibly a relative of the person I sued (which he denied and I cou...ld not prove - I have to go on with my life). I had to continue using him to the end, because I had already invested too much money and could not afford to start the process all over with a new attorney. I had brief conversations with other attorneys who questioned his methods. He never took the appropriate time to discuss the case with me initially before he carelessly filed the paperwork, the errors of which worked in my opponent's favor. I suspect that was probably intentional, if not just sloppy. He had many meetings with my opponent in his office (supposedly because opponent didn't have attorney), but was always too much in a hurry to have an actual office visit with me - not one single office visit with me. The conversations were always quick phone conversations. In court, I saw his son, who works with him in his office, pat the back of the person I sued, which confirmed to me that he was very likely carelessly going through motions on the pretext of helping me, but actually working in the opponent's favor. Apparently he thinks that if he yelled at me when I asked him questions, he could deflect his terrible effort onto me. I think this attorney should be reported to the BAR. I do not recommend this attorney.
