"You won't find any better lawyer than Jay Peterson. He's extremely intelligent, exceptionally good at what he does, and he has more experience than most of us. He's very successful, with good reason. I imagine he's who I'd call if I ever found myself needing a Criminal Defense lawyer in San Luis Obispo County. I wholeheartedly endorse him. If anything, I'd think that the incident of "attorney discipline" from the State Bar back in 1992 or so would make Jay Peterson an even better choice as a defense attorney; he may have a better idea of what it feels like to be in your shoes if you're facing prosecution. Also worth pointing out that that was over 20 years ago, so definitely don't hold that against him."
